By the grace and mercy of Allah, MAS Youth was able to have a successful 2007 year filled with many great events for our Muslim Youth.  These events helped bring together the Muslim Youth for the purpose of pleasing Allah, building a strong bond between each other, and learning and experiencing many new and exciting skills.  The 2007 year included:
MY-Picnic - The youth were able to came out and enjoy volleyball, frisbee, football, and great grilling. 

MY-Revive: Qiyam Nights - A large number of youth were able to attend these spiritual nights to worship Allah with night prayers. PICS

MY-Football Camp - Football camp that taught the fundamentals of football.  This event was led by former Kansas University football player, Hassan Johnson and Kansas City Missouri school district football coach, Diaa Elashkar. PICS

MY-Give: Project Smile II- MAS Youth was able to raise $1,750 to donate gift baskets to needy families for Eid, bringing many smiles to the childrens faces.

 
MY-Potluck Iftar - The youth were brought together to enjoy Iftar during the holy month of Ramadan.

MY-Usrah Program - Many youth attend the weekly Usrahs to increase their Islamic knowledge base.  

Inshallah, with the help of Allah, MAS Youth will continue providing services to benefit the Kansas City Muslim Youth.  Please continue to look for announcements about upcoming events. 

MY-Boys Camp - 2 nights camping at Lake Clinton in Clinton, KS were the youth were able to get in touch with nature.  PICS

MAS Olympics - The youth were able to travel to Tampa, Florida, where they won the national basketball championship and Champaign, Illinois, where they won the football championship.
