The registration form must be filled out completely. A check,
money order, or credit card information for the full amount of
registration fees must be enclosed with your registration form to
be processed. Early registration ends December 10th, 2008.
Please note that no one will be admitted to the meeting rooms
without an official convention nametag.
You must call hotel prior to 12/10/2008 in order
to guarantee a room and receive the discounted rate. You must
identify yourself as an Attendee of the MAS/ICNA Convention to
get the discounted rate. Use "G-MSLM" in the group/corporate
ID field.
When you arrive at your hotel, please proceed directly to the
front desk and get your room keys. Then go to the Convention
Center and head towards the registration booth to pick up your
welcome kit, which includes your nametag.
On-Site Registration

Do not mail your registration form after December 10th. Checks
will be accepted for on-site registration with two valid photo Ids.
Credit cards will also be accepted.

Convention Bazaar and Advertisements

Space is available in the bazaar for profit and non-profit
organizations. To rent bazaar space, or interested in advertising
during the convention, such as by using inserts in the welcome
package, the audiovisual presentation, etc., Please contact us.
Food

All meals may be
purchased on-site at food booth. Cooking is not
allowed in the hotel
rooms. Violators will be asked to leave the hotel
and the convention, and
will not receive any refunds.
Literature
Distribution and Meetings

Holding unauthorized
meetings, and displaying, or distributing
unauthorized
literature or other materials or solicitation of any kind
during the
convention, is strictly prohibited without prior written
approval by the
Convention Chairman before December 1st.
Authorization for
distribution of literature will not be given on site. A
sample of all
literature must be submitted for approval. MAS/ICNA
reserve the right
to refuse, prevent the distribution of, and confiscate
unapproved
materials. Distribution of literature by the exhibitors must
be confined
inside the designated area of the booth.
Children/Youth

All children must by
enrolled in their assigned programs. No children
under the age of 10
will be allowed in the main meeting rooms. We
expect parents to
cooperate with the convention staff to avoid any
disturbance, and to
make this convention a fruitful and pleasant
experience for all
convention attendees.
